President Donald Trump threatened Russia with 100% secondary tariffs in 50 days if no deal was made to end its war with Ukraine. Trump, sitting next to NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, told reporters that he was “very unhappy” with Russia and President Vladimir Putin.
